Below you’ll find what is included in the materials fee and lesson package from Arrow Academy of Music.
Materials Fee:
Paid for upon registration, no refunds provided.
- Music books
- Book bag
- T-shirt
- Solos
- Studio store rewards
- Practice sheets
- Awards/Trophies
Lesson Package/Tuition:
Paid for in monthly installments, or up front for a $20 discount.
- 55 minute group lessons
- Lesson Practice Videos
- Gamified fundamental studies
- Concerts and ensembles for in-person and local online students
- Flex & Float Lessons or Camp for in-person and local online students
Convenience Fees
Monthly tuition payments will have a convenience fee added to each transaction. Convenience fees are fees your bank or credit card charges us to process your payment. We only charge the amount your payment method requires, as each bank and credit card has a different fee. This ensures the lowest monthly cost for every family based on their chosen payment method. Arrow does not receive a profit from these convenience fees.
Convenience fees are not added to our materials fees, payments in full, or Straight Shot, as those are only charged once each session.
Up Front Session Payment
You can pay for the full session of lessons at once if you prefer. We offer a discount of $20 for payments made up front, and there are no convenience fees.
Straight Shot requires one payment for the full session and no discount is offered.
Holidays & Weekends
If the 1st of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, you may see a balance in your account one or two days before auto-payments are processed because we need to schedule the payment to run while our studio is closed. Please do not go in and process a payment yourself or you will be charged twice. If this happens, we will issue a refund, but charge a $10 fee.
Auto Pay & Late Fee Policy
For classes with monthly payments, auto-pay is required.
A late fee of 4% of your fee will be charged to your account if the auto-payment fails when charged (typically a monthly occurrence on the 1st. If enrollment happened after tuition had been processed on the 1st, tuition will be charged on the 15th of that month only). We are always available to help make sure your account is ready for these auto-payments.
A 4% fee will be added to your tuition amount if your payment method fails auto-pay for 2 or more consecutive months.
