I hope that every student finds their own individual way to connect with music, however that may look for them.

About Noah

Noah completed the Arrow Academy of Music program and learned some of the behind the scenes of teaching with us by being an assistant. Over time, Noah discovered that teaching music had become his passion, and decided to make music education his career.

Noah is currently pursuing a Choral Music Education degree and the University of Northern Iowa. We are grateful for all of the knowledge, time, and fun he brings to the studio during breaks and over the summer, inspiring our students with the joy music can provide!

From Noah: “Everyone learns at their own pace so don’t be discouraged and keep trying hard when things get difficult. Remember, the tortoise won the race.”

Music Background

I started learning piano with Arrow when I was 7 years old and branched out from there!

I was a percussionist in school so I’m competent on drums and mallet instruments, as well as a bit of guitar and ukulele. I’ve previously been part of concert bands, marching bands, show choirs, jazz bands, and various other choirs.

Currently I’m a member of the variety men’s glee club and concert chorale at the University of Northern Iowa. I’m also part of an a capella group there called Singpins. I’ve previously been part of concert bands, marching bands, show choirs, and jazz bands as well.

Beyond Arrow

I enjoy going out to the movies, spending time with my family, playing card games, and of course practicing my instruments.
