I really just want to see students walk away knowing that they have the power to inspire others with their music and journey to spread the joy of what music brings to this world.
About Nathan
Nathan completed both the piano and advanced piano programs at Arrow as one of our students, and he knows our program well!
He began teaching with us in the summer of 2025. After working and shining in his role as an assistant, and with the passion for supporting others on their musical journey, the jump to teacher has been an easy transition for Nathan, and we are grateful for his help in the studio each week.
From Nathan: “I think that music is one of the most universal languages in the world, and if it’s so important and common why not be able to help share it with all the people across the world even if it’s only starting in Iowa.”
Music Background
I first started music when my parents enrolled me in piano lessons. Eventually we switched studies and came across Arrow. Since then, I made it from the beginner 1A class all the way to Advanced 3.
Not only am I part of my school’s jazz band and wind symphony, I am also Captain of my instrument section in our marching band, being able to use my knowledge and guidance to lead a section into being the best they can be.
Other than the piano, I can play the clarinet and have started learning the flute.
Beyond Arrow
I enjoy hanging out with friends, or if not practicing one of my instruments, relaxing and play video games online.
